I have purchased two separate flight tickets, one on Scoot and one on a partner airline. I am nonetheless connecting between these two flights and I would still like to use the Scoot-Thru service. Will I be able to?

Scoot-Thru is only eligible for connections between Scoot and participating airlines if both flights are booked on the same itinerary and if you have purchased your tickets on flyscoot.com or the Scoot mobile app.

Do note, because your flights do not belong to a single booking itinerary, in case a delay causes you to miss your connecting flight, we will not be able to book you onto the next available Scoot or partner airline flight. You will be responsible for any required rebooking.
